One of the children in their class at daycare is from India, and her mom came to school today to help the kids dress up for Diwali. Alec wore a kurtha and Cara wore a skirt, scarf, and had a bindi painted on her forehead. They also prepared and ate a yummy cardamom treat. Then, all the kids had mendhi painted on their hands. 
I love this daycare!
